Adding the lead flashing to the chimney
From the first spade digging the foundations to the completion of the roof took a total of only thirty (30) days! I'm pretty amazed by this but it shows what can be achieved if managed correctly and contractors are able to start at the agreed times. And, of course, weather permitting!
Before adding lead flashing the mortar needs to be cut out where it needs to be inserted into the brickwork.
